HYDROPONICS Systems One of the most important advantages of the Hydroponic farms is using a Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) which utilises the least space available, permitting large facility of crops and a large density of production per square metre, in places where the land is arid or not suitable for agriculture. The CEA technique eliminates completely the influence of the environment, type of soils, temperatures, seasons,…etc allowing a better use and efficiently rationalisation of the available water and fertilisers of the plantation. The CEA hydroponic technique also allow to apply a better and strict control over pests propagation, insect attacks, contaminations, permitting to implement high levels of automation fully controlled by computerised systems boosting efficiency and production.
